The Psalmist declared (Psalm 91:1), "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the AlmightyI". We also need to know that we have this safe place of shelter in His presence. - Shelter In The Secret Place.

The Apostle Paul lists 9 specific gifts of the Spirit that break out into 3 groups of 3 gifts. The first grouping is the Utterance Gifts that "say something" (Prophecy, Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues). The next grouping is the Revelation Gifts that "reveal something" (Word of Knowledge, Word of Wisdom, Discerning of Spirits). The final grouping is the Power Gifts that "do something" (Faith, Gifts of Healings, Working of Miracles). Let's look at some scriptural examples of these gifts. - The Gifts of the Spirit II.

King David cried out to the Lord for mercy. He had sinned and desperately wanted to be clean again. Have you ever asked God to forgive you but still felt dirty after you prayed? It's good to know that God forgives us but we also have a part to play - Believing You Are Clean.

Jesus quoted Isaiah 61 and declared, "The Spirit of the Lord is on me because He has anointed Me to...heal the brokenhearted." Does He still do that today? Yes! - Healing The Brokenhearted.

The scripture tells us (Romans 7:6) that we no longer serve God in an "oldness of the letter" but rather in a "newness of the Spirit".  What does this mean? - Walking In The Spirit: Newness of Spirit.

What does walking in the spirit look like? Eventually, it looks like trust. But as we find in Romans 10, before we trust, we have to listen. We must hear the word of God to tune ourselves to the ways of the Holy Spirit. Once our spirit is filled, we find another step in Ephesians 5: speaking and singing.
