The Lord spoke this Word to the prophet Zechariah (4:10) as the temple was getting rebuilt, “Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.” This is a powerful reminder that God values the preparation time that takes place in us before we walk out those good works that He’s prepared for us (Ephesians 2:10) – Preparation Time.
