Kathy & Tom are a precious couple who’ve been attending Door of Life for many years as they regularly visit Door County. They are currently in the process of moving to Door County and plan to purchase a home this fall. In the mean time, they are looking for a rental opportunity (starting mid-late June, no pets, non-smokers) for just the 2 of them. It’s been a long time dream of theirs that the Lord has given them peace to pursue this year. Focus on the Andaman Islands
The Door of Life Church family and others have an incredible opportunity to come alongside our ministry partners in the Andaman Islands. With evangelism on the heart of our friends, they are setting out to start a Bible college for 15-20 students, so these students can be pastors in the islands. Of the over 500 islands within the Andaman & Nicobar Islands region, 50 islands are inhabited. This is the focus of outreach and pastoral care, the vision of our partners. With the help of other churches, together we can come alongside their vision to reach these unreached people groups. Myanmar update
Continue to pray for our friends and partners in Myanmar. In a country in unbelievable turmoil, we pray for peace, healing and restoration. We know that the word of God that was planted would not return void, and we pray the seeds that were planted to come to fruition. With such difficult conditions, we pray for ongoing protection, wisdom and peace that passes all understanding.
In Nepal
“Joseph” continues the feeding program, is ministering everyday to the street kids — the only food these kids are getting. The slum kids are attending school. There are massive fires that are burning in such volume that the air is polluted like a thick fog. The schools and colleges were closed for 4 days. The sun is red in the daytime. They all are having a hard time to breathe and burning pain in their eyes and throat. In communication with him, we prayed that God would send RAIN, just like he did with Elijah. He is serving the very poor — widows, street kids and homeless villagers in the city and countryside.

Treasure Seekers meets September through May on Wednesday nights 7:00-8:00 pm. This is an exciting time for kids ages 5-12. The night is filled with fun praise songs, skits, games, weekly memory verses, videos and more. The program incorporates fun and instruction in a way that makes learning the bible an exciting adventure for kids.

What a team does at halftime can change the outcome of their game. We can experience a similar change in life when we come off the playing field of life and into Halftime. Study the playbook of God’s winning strategies. Bandage up weak areas. Make adjustments and get with the brotherhood of Christ-like men around us. Change the trajectory of your game. Win as men, husbands, fathers and influencers in life. This is Halftime.

All are invited to come out every Wednesday at 7pm for a time of prayer, encouragement and study of God’s Word. Led by Pastor Ed House, this weekly study and insights shared will further strengthen you in applying the truths and promises found in God’s Word to your daily life. Join us midweek to get refreshed, strengthened and inspired for the rest of your week.

Door of Life Missions Ministry reaches people in Southeast Asia, India, Nepal and others. Our ministry partners provide several missions opportunities each year. Going Global, Inc. ministers to orphans and widows in nine nations. Behrman Ministries ministers in many nations for pastoral training in the 10/40 window. People with interests in orphanage work, children’s ministry, widows ministry, leadership training, music ministry and teaching are encouraged to inquire for upcoming Door of Life and/or partner trips.

Our Mission
We are here to reach Door County with the love of Jesus. God has called us to help people learn how to walk in daily victory and fulfill their destiny. Door of Life is a warm and welcoming church home where we can come to worship, grow, be strengthened in the presence of God and exalt the name of Jesus.
Nursery for ages 0-5 and a Kid’s Church program for ages 6-12 are available. Come as you are, casual fits right in! We’re excited to have you worship with us in person and online.

Pastor Ed and Julie House are 1992 graduates of Rhema Bible Training Center. Pastor Ed is also a graduate of North Central University (BS Church Business Administration) and Life Christian University (MA Theology). They live in Fish Creek & have 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
